Through the DNA longevity test, you can obtain personalized information to improve your well-being and adopt targeted strategies to slow down the aging process.
Why take a DNA test for longevity and what does genetic analysis involve?
The test analyzes the following genes:
- Inflammaging (Aging and Inflammation)
Chronic, low-grade inflammation is a major factor in premature aging. We analyze genes associated with inflammation regulation to understand if your body is predisposed to a more intense inflammatory response and suggest strategies to reduce it.
- Glycation (Sugar Damage)
Glycation is a process in which excess sugars bind to proteins in the body, accelerating the aging of the skin and increasing the risk of chronic disease. We study your genes to determine your sensitivity to glycation and suggest nutritional strategies to reduce its effects.
- DNA Methylation (Gene Regulation)
Methylation is an epigenetic process that is essential for cell repair and the regulation of gene expression. Optimal functioning of methylation is essential for healthy aging. The test analyzes key genes involved in this mechanism to assess your ability to keep cells young and healthy.
- Oxidative Stress (Free Radical Damage)
Free radicals damage cells and accelerate the aging process. Our test evaluates the genes responsible for the production of natural antioxidants in the body and your level of vulnerability to oxidative stress, providing advice on how to enhance your cellular defense.

DNA testing is a simple process
A longevity DNA test does not require you to provide a blood sample. Our test is performed using buccal swabs that we provide in our home sample collection kit. Collecting samples is quick and easy, as long as you follow the instructions provided carefully.
Instructions for collecting samples can be found on our “How to Collect DNA Samples” page.
Please read our terms and conditions for clinical and health testing carefully and make sure you understand them before placing an order.
